How it works
Four steps from application to quoting
The application takes most agencies about 10 minutes. It's handled through INVO's secure agency application form — nothing is stored on this website.
1. Submit the agency application
Complete INVO's secure agency application below. You'll need agency details, principal information, licensing and E&O coverage.
2. Compliance review
Our agency services team verifies licensing, E&O and W-9 details. If anything is missing, we reach out directly — no portal chasing.
3. Appointment issued
Most complete applications are reviewed within one business day. You'll receive your appointment confirmation by email.
4. Agent Portal access
Approved agency contacts may receive credentials for INVO's Agent Portal to quote digital markets and track submissions.
What to have ready
- Active resident P&C producer or agency license
- Current E&O certificate ($1M minimum recommended)
- Completed W-9 for the agency
- Agency principal contact information

What happens next
After you submit
You'll see a confirmation from the application form immediately. Our agency services team reviews submissions Mon–Fri, 8:00–5:30 ET and typically responds within one business day.
- Confirmation email. We acknowledge receipt and flag anything still needed for compliance.
- Agent Portal access. Approved agency contacts may receive credentials for INVO's Agent Portal to quote digital markets, upload submissions and track status.
- Start quoting. Use the marketplace to find a digital market or route the account to the right INVO division.
